The social and labour insertion of people in vulnerable situations is one of the main objectives of the Senara Foundation.
Through different programs such as training and direct care actions, tools such as knowledge and strategies are offered that facilitate insertion into the job market.

In 2020: 1722 persons attended

DOMESTIC SERVICES

The Senara Foundation has an employment exchange service that manages offers and allows candidates to work at home.
Since 2002, the program has integrated and trained hundreds of vulnerable people interested in developing their professional work in the domestic sphere.

SOCIO-LABOUR INCLUSION INTIRENARIES

In employment programs, our work is carried out through personalized social and labour inclusion itineraries adapted to each individual’s needs.
The user is guided all the way to employment and is offered personalized advice according to circumstances.

LABOUR INTERMEDIATION

The Senara Foundation facilitates labour intermediation programs with companies in search of professional or internship personnel. Approximately, 100 companies are visited each year.
