In Fundación Senara's employment area we work with individualized insertion itineraries adapted to the needs of each user. It depends on your Curriculum Vitae that they notice you, that they consider that you can choose the job offered or that you are not one more in that pile that does not even get to be read. Knowing how to design and fill out a CV is an art to master, essential when looking for a job. Last Tuesday, a CV design and job search workshop was held on Internet portals at the Usera headquarters, framed within the Making the Future Possible-HPF project. One year later, there are still 401,000 more unemployed and 743,628 people are still in ERTE, not forgetting the 470,000 self-employed workers who have stopped working.     In the month of March, 18.9 million contributors were registered, a figure that is still far from reaching the employment levels prior to the start of the health crisis. At Fundación Senara we continue to develop projects aimed at improving the employability of people actively seeking employment who are in a vulnerable situation. Through 'Making the Future Possible', a program financed by the "la Caixa" Foundation and the Community of Madrid -convocated by irpf-, socio-labor insertion itineraries are carried out adapted to the needs of each user. For this reason, the Hospital Cleaning and Disinfection training is being carried out in a mixed modality: face-to-face and online. This possibility has facilitated the participation of 17 students, who either come to our classrooms or connect through video calls. This course is part of the 'Making the Future Possible' project, financed by the Community of Madrid and the "la Caixa" Foundation, and whose main objective is to guide and accompany people in search of work throughout their journey to employment. In addition, this training has been planned in order to respond and create new job opportunities arising from the covid pandemic 19.     All the participants are highly motivated and have great interest in developing their professional career in this field. Fundación Senara is one of the Madrid entities belonging to the Incorpora program of Obra Social “la Caixa”, which promotes the labor insertion of people at risk of social exclusion. A few weeks ago, she was in charge of coordinating the shortlisting of female drivers for Cabify (Vecttor). A total of 40 people were referred to the transport company to begin the preselection sessions.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height="25px"][vc_column_text]This process began with informative talks on the vacancies available in the company and on the operation of the mobile application through which trips are booked. During 2020, the UTIL project (Unit of Transition for Labor Integration) is being developed, a program co-financed by the Community of Madrid and the European Social Fund, in which orientation, training and labor intermediation actions are developed.
